Since AlphaStrive deals in intangible services, this document outlines the process and standards for the digital “delivery” of services and final digital assets.
Digital Delivery Standard
All documentation, code, reports, finalized designs, and project outcomes are delivered digitally via secure, encrypted channels, including client-specific project management portals, secure file transfer systems, or encrypted email attachments.
Project Commencement (Initial Delivery)
The service engagement is “delivered” upon the formal Project Kick-off Meeting, which establishes the project team, defines communication channels, and grants initial necessary system access for the AlphaStrive team.
Code & Software Delivery
Custom application source code is delivered via a secure, designated Code Repository (e.g., GitLab, GitHub), granting the client full administrative access and ownership upon final milestone payment.
Consulting Deliverable Delivery
Final consulting reports, IT strategy roadmaps, or audit findings are delivered as digital documents (PDF, or similar) within the timeline specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery is confirmed via a formal handover email.
Managed IT Support Delivery
Support services are delivered immediately following the execution of the SLA. Service delivery is measured by adherence to the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics (e.g., ticket response and resolution times).
Training Delivery
Required user training for new systems is delivered remotely via live video conferencing or on-site, as defined in the SOW. Training completion signifies the final functional delivery of the system.
Post-Deployment Warranty
All custom software development projects include a defined warranty period (typically 30-90 days) post-deployment to address any bugs or defects found in the system, ensuring quality “delivery.”
Acceptance Testing Protocol
For development projects, delivery requires formal Client Acceptance following a defined User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase. Delivery is confirmed only after the client signs off on UAT success.
Escalation Path
Should the standard service delivery fail or delays occur, the client must use the defined Escalation Path specified in the SOW, starting with the assigned Project Manager, before seeking external remedies.
Delivery of Credentials
All administrative and user credentials created or modified during the service period are securely handed over to the client’s designated System Administrator during the project closing phase.
